If this is you

Find your stuck point on the climb.

Every rung has a different trap. VentureScale meets you at the one you're on — from a blank page to your first million.

Stuck at $0

You've got the ideas — not the first move

Twelve tabs open, three business names saved, a logo you designed at 1am — and still nothing live. It's not that you're lazy. Nobody gave you a way to choose one idea, validate it, and launch before the doubt wins.
You need a validated first step and the exact order to build it.
Stuck under $10K

You've got sales — not a system

Some months something clicks; most months it's crickets. You're doing everything — product, content, DMs, delivery — and growth still feels like luck instead of something you control. You're dropping price just to close.
You need a repeatable growth engine and pricing you don't apologise for.
Stuck under $100K

You've got a business — that can't run without you

Revenue is real now, but you are the product, the sales team and the support desk. Every week is a scramble, growth stalls the moment you look away, and hiring feels like a risk you can't afford. You're busy — not scaling.
You need systems and a first team so it runs without you in every seat.
Stuck under $500K

You've got a team — not a machine

You've hired, but output didn't scale with headcount. The channels that once worked are flattening, margins are thin, and every new dollar costs more than the last. It feels like pushing a heavier rock up a steeper hill.
You need compounding channels, sharper positioning, and unit economics that widen.
Scaling past $1M

You've got a company — now lead it

You've proven the model. The question flips from "can this work" to "how far can this go" — and that needs an operator's discipline: strategy, org design, a real moat, and the option to raise or exit on your own terms. The skills that got you here won't get you there.
You need to run the company like a CEO — and build something that could sell.
The founder story
Olatunji Fagbore
I learned this the hard way — without a map. VentureScale is me handing you mine.

I started as a software engineer, quietly building websites and products for startups. In 2018 I made it official and moved into product. Since then I've led cross-functional teams across 12 countries, delivered a £3M+ transportation product, and helped ship systems processing $144M+ in annual transaction value.

Along the way I became a UK Global Talent recipient, a Forbes Black Community member, a certified product manager, and today I'm a Product Owner at Camlin in London. I also wrote a book,Dad in the Mirror, because I believe strong people are built onlearnings, exposure, guidance and values.

Here's the thing: the playbooks that actually move a product from concept to launch to scale were locked inside a handful of companies and a handful of heads. Nobody handed them to me. So I'm putting them in the open — the real decisions, the real numbers, the real misses. That's VentureScale.
